Coffee from this village was previously marketed under the names Doi Chang and Doi Pangkhon, more famous villages.Asor Merlaeku, one of the most sophisticated farmers encountered. The coffee was taken out of the fermentation tank before fermentation was finished, leaving some mucilage on the parchment, resulting in a brightness close to washed coffee but smoothness and sweetness like honey
