High altitudes and mountains protect coffee trees from the humidity of the Pacific Ocean and trade winds, while volcanic soils with rich minerals provide extremely fertile ground for growing coffee plants. This is a bright coffee, due to the washed processing, with clear notes of chocolate, low acidity and medium body.

Put the drip bag onto a mug (Coffee in the drip bag should be able to immerse in water)

Set timer to the total brew

Step 2
Pre-Infusion

Pour water to LINE 4 and wait to 30 seconds

Step 3
Pouring

Pour water to Line 2
-
Once water subsides to Line 3, pour water to Line 1

Once water subsides to Line 3, pour water to Line 1 again & stir 10 times in circular motion

Step 4
Finish Off

Wait until the timer goes off 3 mins. Then, dispose the drip bag and enjoy your coffee.
