Colombia, El Diviso Geisha
Geisha (or Gesha) is one of the coffee varietals under Coffea Arabica. It was named after the village of Gesha in southwestern Ethiopia and is renowned for its delicate and complex floral and fruity notes. These attributes make Geisha coffee stand out in cupping sessions and competitions.
Finca El Diviso has been managed by the three generations of the Lasso Family. Over the years, the Lasso Family has refined their craft, introducing innovative techniques to achieve exceptional quality of coffee. Due to their world renowned coffee quality, coffee from Finca El Diviso is widely used by national and world coffee champions, like Anthony Douglas (Australian Barista Champion and World Barista Champion 2022).

Put the drip bag onto a mug (Coffee in the drip bag should be able to immerse in water)

Set timer to the total brew

Once water subsides to Line 3, pour water to Line 1

Once water subsides to Line 3, pour water to Line 1 again & stir 10 times in circular motion

Finish Off

Wait until the timer goes off 3 mins. Then, dispose the drip bag and enjoy your coffee.
