Tong is the founder of Wynya Coffee. Prior to being a coffee processor, he also open a café name Nowhere Coffee Brewers. He likes finding the best fermentation process for each coffee; therefore, he works closely with coffee farmers. Wynya Coffee became famous after Tong won first prize for his coffee from the Specialty Coffee Association of Thailand in 2021.
This specific lot of coffee is well-chosen mixed Thai verietals from Mae Ton Luang and Thepsadet Sub-districts of Doi Saket District in Chiangmai. This could be your everyday coffee due to its distinct sweetness.

Preparation

Boil water in your kettle

Put the drip bag onto a mug (Coffee in the drip bag should be able to immerse in water)

Set timer to the total brew

Step 2
Pre-Infusion

Pour water to LINE 4 and wait to 30 seconds

Step 3
Pouring

Pour water to Line 2
-
Once water subsides to Line 3, pour water to Line 1

Once water subsides to Line 3, pour water to Line 1 again & stir 10 times in circular motion

Step 4
Finish Off

Wait until the timer goes off 3 mins. Then, dispose the drip bag and enjoy your coffee.
