Nicaragua is the largest Central America Country. It is well-know for various natural produces, including coffee, due to its volcanic soil and abundance of water.
Matalgalpa itself is the region known as the “Pearl of the North” or “Land of Eternal Spring" due to its all-year spring-like weather.
This particular coffee that we choose is a lesser-known and special varietal, called Maracaturra. Maracaturra beans are a hybrid between Maragogype and Caturra varieties. Just like Maragogype, which is known as “the elephant bean”, Maracaturra has a large bean size. As a plus, it inherits a great taste profile and high productivity from the Caturra.

Boil water in your kettle

Put the drip bag onto a mug (Coffee in the drip bag should be able to immerse in water)

Set timer to the total brew

Step 2
Pre-Infusion

Pour water to LINE 4 and wait to 30 seconds

Step 3
Pouring

Pour water to Line 2
-
Once water subsides to Line 3, pour water to Line 1

Once water subsides to Line 3, pour water to Line 1 again & stir 10 times in circular motion

Step 4
Finish Off

Wait until the timer goes off 3 mins. Then, dispose the drip bag and enjoy your coffee.
